The Corndog System of Measurement (devised by Meghan)
The Corndog system of measurement is complex, but devotees of the system reap many rewards.

The most basic facet of the Corndog System of Measurement is the determination of whether something is better than a corndog, or whether a corndog is better than something.

Examples:

A just world peace is better than a corndog.
A corndog is better than computer crashes.

This is an excellent system to teach your children so that they may make distinctions and develop priorities.

There are those who assert that the Corndog System of Measurement holds no validity, since virtually nothing is better than a corndog. There are those who lean toward the other extreme -- that a corndog is not better than anything. To them we will point out the arbitrary nature of the foot, yard, and mile. If we can use "yards" to measure distance, why can we not use "corndogs" to measure quality?
