Gil and Michael Aaron began creating music in late 2005, soon they began playing at venues and bars around San Antonio under the name Vespertine--many Bjork allusions and a few months later, the two dropped the "tine" and stuck to Vesper, an appropriate title for this inherently mysterious duo. For over a year now, Vesper has been playing out to increasing audiences; still fledgling, the two have a few recordings, their most recent This is just a Dream a promise of things to come. Musically, they mix ideas: electronic, psychedelic, alternative, shoegazeish, emotional, gothic. Artistically, they do not believe in boundaries and continue to hone their crafts. 2008 will see their first official release.
