| ~ INTERFACE ~ Impersonality can be a somewhat distant place from which to see; seemingly unemotional and decidedly detached in search of objectivity. Not particularly desirable traits nor resonating in the internal spaces of those much more personal and subjectively inclined to experience themselves as the centers of their own universe. Interfacing as antagonists first, these polarized aspects of the very same whole remain firmly planted in their own ground, desperately clinging to all that has both dignified and defiled the past because the future is unknown; Denying the relativity of each others truths unto themselves, thus unable to grow. One pursues, the other dodges or runs; one demands, the other caves or won’t give in. But neither listens, nor do they hear, resistant to becoming self and other aware, driven instead to protect the inherent imbalances they embody out of fear; fear of losing individuality inside of another’s reality, or fear of never even existing without another to mirror their own worth. Thus have gone many cycles of becoming here on earth that willcontinue to unfold; the quest for the Holy Grail, a bejeweled and golden cup in metaphor only, but essential and symbolic nonetheless of Inner Journeys, Outer Manifestations Progressions, Limitations Giving and Receiving Sharing Quantum Leaping Daring Acceptance Humanity WHOLE. © Sarah Gallant 2003 |
