| ~Greetings and Welcome to Vesta's Hearth. This is the section of The Pisces Realm that is dedicated to my original poetry. The Poems are divided into 'Rounds', the next button after each piece leading to the next in the grouping. The back button will return you here to the Hearth. I have been writing for a long time, and have found that doing so was not only having something creative to share, but has been and is an excellent tool for the Journey through ~Life. The actual sharing of has come about fairly recently. The process is just as important and relevant as the product, and in retrospect both aspects have helped to put much into perspective. The writings here run the gamut of light and dark, and if you are disturbed by darker writings, I'd advise you not to read in 'The Book of Shadows' which pertains to some of the more painful aspects and perceptions of early life experience. I’ve always felt connected to Vesta energetically, which makes sense in retrospect when finding that the asteroid Vesta carrying the energy and symbolism of the mythological goddess is conjunct the Sun in my natal chart as well as sextiling the moon. Her themes and symbolism have certainly made themselves known to me throughout life way before I knew her by name. Some of Vestas themes and rulerships include personal integration, devotion, disciplined personal routines, solitary retreat, commitment, focus, exercise, meditation, esoteric orders, ceremony and ritual, alter flames, hearth fire, scribe, keeper of esoteric teachings, sacrifice, sanctuary, security, credibility, transmuting karma through dharma.
