Good Citizen Bonus - If you see a cop chasing someone, you will get $50 for every time you punch the person the cop is chasing. You can only use your fists in order for this to work.

Apartment 3C - Near the Ocean View Hotel, there is a small 2 story building with stairs leading up to a 2nd floor walkway. This is near that underground mall area. If you wall up one set of stairs, I'm not sure which one, but there will be a door and you can go in the apartment. The apartment resembles the one from Scarface, and in the bathroom is the chainsaw and the bloody shower...

Change the moon size - If you shoot the moon with a sniper rifle it will change sizes. Just like in GTA III.

Disabling Tanks - The easy way - Simply use a sniper rifle to shoot the driver out of the tank. There is a small slot in the front of the tank where you can see their head.

"Feeding Fish" - To feed a fish, simply get people to run into the water. You can do this by jumping in the water yourself, or driving a car into the water and bailing out before it gets there, then destroying it.

Easter Egg Room - There is a hidden room. Go to the VCN Helipad in downtown (On your left if you are just getting off the bridge from Prawn Island). There is a roof access door. Once you are up there, you will see a building with some windows at the far right corner of the helipad. The one that is almost touching a helipad corner is hollow, as you will see if you shoot it with an assault rifle. Get a running start, then jump through the window. There will be a secret room with an egg on a podium. The egg reads "Happy Easter."
