Moms Offering Moms Support

Welcome to the MOMS Club® of Victor/Farmington/Canandaigua, NY. Our territory lies within Western Ontario County and our members are from Victor, Farmington, Canandaigua, Mendon, East Bloomfield, West Bloomfield, Holcomb, Shortsville, Hopewell, Stanley, and Manchester. We "sistered" in January of 2004 from the Fairport/Pittsford chapter.

 We are a chapter of the International MOMS Club®, a non-profit non-denominational organization of over 1,800 chapters and over 75,000 members for Moms who have made the decision to stay at home with their children. Our chapter includes a diverse group of Moms from a variety of backgrounds. We are the only national support group specifically for all at-home mothers, and we'd like to have you as a member, too! Our yearly dues are $20.

 

MEETINGS: All our meetings and all but one of our activities are during the day, when at-home mothers need support the most. Our General meetings are the first Wednesday of every month. If you live in any of the areas listed above in Ontario County and are interested in joining, we encourage you to attend at least 2 monthly meetings to help you decide if you want to become a member. If you are not in this area we encourage you to find a chapter closer to your home by contacting MomsClub@aol.com via email. They can give you information regarding other local chapters that might not have a website. They also can give you information about starting a new chapter.

ACTIVITIES: (for members only) We also sponsor activity groups for members with common interests. While we know that interests change, right now our monthly activities are organized playgroups, MOMS Night Out, weekly field trips, Lunch Bunch and a Scrapbooking Club. Members also receive a monthly calendar sent to you within your monthly newsletter. The calendar lists our weekly/monthly activities for you and your children to take advantage of.

 
Bring Your Children
We believe that happy Moms make happy children. The choice to stay home should be rewarding, not isolating. Children are invited to all activities.
