Beyond Class...
Here is where you get to learn all about things you can do at home to help you improve. Some things may take a few months before you really see results, and some you'll see imediantly. But they all do work! I do every single one of these every morning and the results they lead to can be quite amazing. Some of the exercises may require a Thera Band. This is a long thick rubber band that can be used to strenghen your legs. You can buy them at any chiropractor for around 5$ a yard. For the less advanced dancer I suggest a medium strengh. When you get older though switch to the strongest. I suggest buying one yard. So enjoy!
