How to Use the Chat Room:
1. Join during meeting schedule(s).
2. Enter your "User Name" using your own name and type it together.
For instance, William Smith should enter: WilliamSmith or BillSmith. The idea is that you want to be recognized.
3. Then, click "OK, Connect".
4. Finally, go to the bottom of the red window and type your message and hit enter once finished with your message.
Enter again to reply or add something.
