You can learn alone, but to know if your learning is up to your expectation or not, you would consult. (I hope I am not sounding philosophical!) On February 6, 2004, I posted the C FAQ page to comp.lang.c (clc) for reviewing. It has given me a mixture of responses. comp.lang.c is a place where all aspects of the the C programming language are discussed. Variety of people are involved here, and hence a nice place to learn C. However, a general attribute of this newsgroup is that clc people sometimes become harsh on newcomers. I have received a mixture of response -- some encouraging and some not so in the first read – but, it makes you feel good!
