Crossley Bridgemasters. Developed and built by Crossley. This is No.4, built as a demonstrater (above) in 1957 and later bought by Barton. (left). It ran with the wording "Fitted with Air Suspension" below the destination box. This was developed for this and the Routemaster, and it was some years before the system came in general use in the UK.
