Hello And Welcome

My name is Nancy and this is a novice attempt of building a site in remembering all those who serve our country. For the P.O.W.'s and all veterans who fought and survived and who died. I know a lot of you got a bum deal afterwards and were forgotten and I guess the people who forgot did not have loved ones involved. But know this, you did your part and I thank you.

My father was in WW2 and also in Vietnam. His name is Harry H. Morgan. Here you will find his story of when he was in Normandy. Written by him and also a story about a un-known woman. Plus of course pictures of him and this woman.

My mother worked in one of the "Ship Yards" building ships. I believe she was a welder.

There will be other things here by veterans that I may know and some I may not know. Their views and thoughts perhaps on what they went through and feel now. We shall see.

This site Was Inspired To Me By
My Father Harry H. Morgan & Ben Alongi
Ben is a friend of mine and a Vietnam veteran as my father also was and yes, they made it home. Ben was in the "Gypsy Bandit's". So here's to you Dad & Benny!!

The image above called "The Jerk" is a weekly paper that was made back in 1943 about the 773rd Tank Destroyer Bn. and the rosters. If you click on it, you will go to a page that has links to click in order to view each page. This was easier to do this way because I just made the pages images instead of typing everything on the page itself which would have taken forever. Besides, this way you can see exactly what the paper/news letter actually looked like. There are eleven pages.

If I have anything that belongs to someone here please email me and if you want, I will remove it. I get sent a lot of things so I have no idea if they have a copyright or not. If you don't mind it being here then you can send me a link or something so I can give the credit where it belongs. Thank You!!
