When the eastern elves went east some stopped before they reached the eastern coast. The elves who made it all the way to the far ocean became the "wild" elves. They are the least technolgical of the eastern elves, living in total harmony with nature. They are divided into many small clans. They do no make war, and for the most part live totally isolated lives in the far eastern forests.
