I trust that at this point you have carefully reviewed my site and are ready to arrange an appointment. To request my services and expedite this process please take a moment to complete the required Reservations Form. Please read the following very carefully to insure that your reservations will be successfully booked. The following procedure was put in place by Jalane, which protects my clients as well as myself 100%. The information below is for my protection, safety and security. I am sure you understand these measures to successfully schedule an appointment with no apprehensions on either party.

SCREENING AND SAFETY: As you can understand my safety and security is extremely important to me. I do realize the importance of discretion and guarantees your personal information will remain confidential and is never keep after screening. For this reason I must be able to confirm a few key verifiable pieces of information, before your request is considered. For security reasons I need to know what you do for a living and more importantly you need to provide some type of proof for what you do for a living such as company ID, pay check stub, airline ticket, business card or professional license. I will ask to see valid identification at the time of your appointment. Valid identification includes; Drivers License or Pass Port, if you are in town on business I ask that you show your air line ticket along with valid identification. I am sure discretion is of paramount importance in your life, as it is mine. You should be prepared that I will find it necessary to put you through as much of a screening as we both feel comfortable with, to insure my comfort level with meeting with you, while respecting your privacy as much as I can. I have found that I enjoy the company of a gentleman much more when I know exactly whom I am meeting with.

PLEASE NOTE: That if you have left several messages in the period of two weeks and I have not returned your call, I am simply not accepting new friends at this time, and your information will be deleted and discarded. Sometimes I simply allow my excellent intuition to guide me, and I determined that I do not wish to call back. For this I apologize in advance and wish you only the best.
