The tango first arrived on the scene of American cinema in the 1920s and has since been used in countless films and stage productions to express the growing infatuation between two people. During the month of February, the tango will be alive at Vita Bella. Starting on February 3, 2007, during Gallery Hop, Vita Bella will be hosting “Danza del Amor.” This will be an evening full of romance, dancing, and amor. With a group class starting at 7:30, guest will learn how to dance the tango, as well as other romantic dances. Then, at 8:30 “Danza del Amor” really begins with dancing, hors d’oeuvres, and professional performances by the Vita Bella Staff and distinguished guest, John Devlin.
