Hazel was born in California and partied there for many, many years. She was then shipped off to Toledo. She doesn't really know what she did to deserve this extreme punishment, but she fell into the circle of Red Hat friends.
Hazel loves to get dressed up and go out to teas, lunches, you name it. She doesn't have to GET ready, she STAYS ready. She has spent most of her life with people, listening and absorbing information until she was asked to become Chief Editor of the chapter's newsletter, a position which she accepted with delight. She says it finally gives her the forum to tell it like it is.
She loves the Red Hats and enjoys being with all the kids. She will only report what she can get away with, so it will serve no purpose to hold her liable. She depends on members to be reporters, Town Criers or blabber mouths to gather the news. They will remain anonymous for fear of reprisal. Please report any noteworthy events, or just plain gossip to Hazel, who will share it with us whenever she can get to it. |
