Apartment Five

This is a recently refurbished apartment forming part of a traditional Barcelona building with a bright and open design, with parquet flooring throughout. Like all our apartments, it can comfortably sleep four guests. It is very conveniently located in a quiet area at one minute from the beach, and close to local shops and various excellent restaurants. It΄s a second-floor (no lift) apartment with 35m2 of space, all exterior, with heating and air-conditioning and has a large balcony. The cosy and bright bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe with a large mirror, and bedside tables. The lounge has a double sofa-bed, television, dining table for four and chairs. The new kitchen is well equipped with a washing-machine, microwave, hob, fridge, and coffee machine and the Mediterranean style bathroom comes complete with shower and bath.
