Apartment One

First-floor apartment (no lift) of a restored traditional Barcelona building, with a small pintoresque balcony over-looking the street. If are standing on it and look over to your right  you can actually see the beach at the end of your street! Inside it feels totally new since it has been redecorated this summer and is completely  equipped, making for a pleasant and comfortable holiday. It has ample space for up to four guests with two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with one single. The lounge also has a comfortable double sofa-bed. Everything is exterior apart from the individual room. The combined kitchen / living and dining area is cosy and bright and has a TV with international cable channels, a table and chairs. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing-machine, coffee machine and kettle. The fully tiled bathroom has a Mediterranean style and comes with a shower (no bath). For larger groups, it can be combined with Apartment Two next-door to accommodate up to 8 people!
