Weinstein, Neal  (posted June 5, 2005)
I was surprised yesterday to find out that you had me listed on the website as dead.  After the initial shock wore off, I realized it was actually pretty amusing, so I e-mailed my brothers and 4 cousins, all of whom also attended South, so that they could check it out.  I had no idea that Carol Weinstein and Cliff Blasberg would contact you.  They must have been overcome by grief.

I moved to Florida in 1974 to attend law school and never left.  Since 1977 I have lived and practiced law in Tampa. I have three kids, a son who will soon graduate from University of South Florida with an engineering degree, another son studying computer science at University of Central Florida, and a daughter in high school.

In high school, my only extra-curricular activity was the school band, which lead me to some pretty awful teenage garage rock bands.  For some reason, I never lost interest in musical performance.  For the past 15 years or so I have been the bass player for a local blues band, playing in clubs and at festivals around the Tampa Bay area.
