Nicknamed "Razor Throat" because of his high harmony vocals,starting with The Hollies,later teaming up with David Crosby and Stephen Stills,Neil Young coming in and out of the picture throughout the years. Nash,probably at his best,when teamed up with Crosby (and vice versa). The duo released 4 studio albums and 2 live albums,one acoustic,one electric. Nash has released 5 studio albums,his most recent released in 2002.

NAME: ELLIOTT SMITH (1969-2003)
Not only a multi-instrumentalist,a fantastic original songwriter,but a compelling vulnerable-esque vocalist as well. His first 3 albums were recorded in his basement with very sparse arrangements, however his 4th and 6th album appear as some of the most experimental work  released at that time.

NAME: STEPHEN STLLS (1945-)
Stephen Stills,this multi-instrumentalist who co-founded Buffalo Springfield with Neil Young. 18 months later when the band parted ways,Stills teamed up with David Crosby and Graham Nash,Young later joined in off and on. In the early 1970s,Stills founded a band called Manassas and in the mid-70s he and Neil Young joined up again to release an album under the name "Stills-Young Band". Stills is set to release his 8th album this year.
