I was not able to find any paperwork on this mod. I know I had to call them back several weeks after the initial request because they were in the process of making them at the time. I will keep looking. I did put a link to their website up above for more information on this product.
This is a great system. Instead of having to throw the bags over the fender and under the seat and risk damaging the paint...or...drilling holes through your bags and into the mounting holes in the bike itself, get these. Comes with two brackets that you attach to your bags and four mounting "knobs" (two per side). They slide on and slide off. I even put little luggage locks on each one to make it difficult by a millisecond to steal them. I even bought the carrying handle so I can take them off, mount them to the handle and carry them like luggage. As you can see, they are angled outward at the bottom to keep them from the exhaust heat and creates a very neat look to it overall. ONE COOL SYSTEM !
One thing I would do ( I have not yet ) is drive an additional hole towards the rear of the bracket and saddlebags. They are extremely sturdy as is, I just like the idea of more solid pionts of contact and it would keep the bags completely flush.
