What we have above is the K&N 7" round filter ( Thundered Air Box Kit ) purchased from Valley Kawasaki.
You can also see the chrome brake pedal from Crossroads Motorcycle. On the bottom of the "Floorboards and Shifter" page, you will see the toe and heal shifter from them also along with info on the Doss floorboards.
Below you have the "Live to Ride" air cleaner insert from J&P Cycles. Also, the Arlen Ness rear brake pad and another picture of the other floorboards found on the above link ( top photo ).

Brake pedal (and the toe and heel shifter located on the bottom of the above link ) are from Crossroads Motorcycle Part # (BP) DS-241081 at about $80 and the toe and heel Part# DS-253719 at about $55 for the set.
"Live to Ride" air cleaner insert from J&P Cycles Part# 18-924 at about $21. Arlen Ness brake pad part # K-1023 at about $43 and another look at the floorboard from Arlen Ness ( see this link for their info - top photo ) purchased from Sherm's.
