A Land bridge is an ice bridge that people crossed over 1,200 years ago. They needed the Land bridge to cross over from Russia to Alaska the Bering straight. Humans crossed Beringia from Asia to North America about 13,000 years ago. Land bridges, also called Beringia, those humans passed from Asia to populate Americans.
