Charms
A charm will cause the target to act in a way it would not normally act, with a normally positive effect.
Spells in

Level One - Initial Charms
"Alohamora" - Unlocks a basic, non-magical lock.
"Sitisis" - Dries up a small, concentrated area of water.

"Expelliarmus" - An object in the target's hand will fly into the air, away from the target.
"Interstinguo" - Extinguishes small fires, magical or unmagical.
"Finite Incantatem" - cancels any current spell effects.
"Impervio" - The target will repel water.
"Incendio" - Create a small blast of magical fire.
"Petrificus Totalus" - Target loses all movement, except for the eyes.
"Rictusempre" - Causes an extreme tickling sensation in the gut.

"Wingardium Leviosa" - Lifts object off the ground.

Level Two - Training Charms

"Accio" - pulls an object toward you.
"Aparecium" - Reveals all invisible targets.  Not effective on Invisibility Cloaks.
"Adlevo" - Cheers up the target.
"Colloportus" - Creates a magical lock.
"Diffindo" - Cuts any kind of fabric.
"Engorgio" - causes engorgin of the target area.
"Cantio Onis" - Causes the target to temporarily fall in love with the next person seen. *ILLEGAL*
"Congelo" - Freezes magical and non-magical fires to prevent damage.
"Declino" - Reflects minor curses in a random direction.
"Mobili-" - Moves something so that it will follow you.
"Reducio" - Opposite of Engorgio
"Reparo" - Repairs broken objects.
"Riddikulus" - Repels boggarts.
"Evanesco" - Causes an item to vanish completely.

Level Three - Junior Charms
"Abigo Ere" - pushes a target away from you.
"Bulla" - Creates a bubble of fresh air around target's head.
"Ennervate" - Wakes up the target.
"Point Me" - Causes the wand to point north.
"Adorno" - Causes fur to sprout from target area.
"Quietus" - Reverse of Sonorus.
"Protego" - Reflects a spell back at the caster.
"Scourgify" - Cleans the area.
"Silencio" - Prevents speech.
"Sonorus" - Voice is louder.
"Infragilis" - An object cannot be broken.

Level Four - Senior Charms

"Complico" - Confuses the target.
"Arum" - Causes the target to blend into the background.  Disillusionment.
"Expecto Patronum" - Creates a Patronus (spirit of happiness)
"Absum Acue" - Neither sound nor spells can get through.  Imperturbable.
"Respuo" - Muggles cannot approach the area.
"Obliviate" - Causes memory loss.
"Lentesco" - Permanent sticking charm
"Priori Incantato" - Reveals the last spell cast with a wand.
"Adsucula" - Protean charm, connects items as one.
"Infitior" - Restores a target to the original state.

Level Five - Special Charms

**Secret**

Level Six - Master Charms
Fidelius Charm - Secret-Keeper charm
Unplottable Charm - location cannot be placed on a map.
Room-Sealing Charm - Room cannot be entered, except with the password.
Magical Contracts - Cannot be broken under any circumstances.
