Battle In The Owlery ~Luna Lovegood Shocking reports show that up in Hogwarts Owlery, 5 pupils were locked in a battle, each one fighting their best. Alni Hendal, daughter of Death Eaters who have turtored countless muggles, which Alni is ashamed of, was previously bullied by Vincent Crabbe, son of the Death Eaters famous for murdering innocent muggles, after being comforted by Luna Lovegood, daughter of the Editor of the Quibbler, and Chaos Lotus, son of a famous auror, Draco Malfoy, son of Lucius Malfoy who is curently in Azkaban for the attack on Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Ginny Weasley, Neville Longbottom and Luna Lovegood, stormed in and bullied Alni some more. This set the battle off. It was at this time that Padma Patil, twin of Parvati Patil, came in and blocked the doorway, however she was frozen with fright halfway through the battle. Each pupil whipped out there wand. Luna Lovegood made the first move, by sending a shrinking charm at Draco, followed by Chaos's stupify spell and Alni's boil jonx, however only the boil jonx hit Malfoy's left arm. Luna then sennt the vanishing charm which was followed by Alni's jelly legs jinx and Chaos's stunning charm, however only Alni's jelly legs jinx hit Malfoy's left leg, but also Malfoy's fur growing jinx hit Alni head on. Next, Luna sent her owl, Snowy, to attack Malfoy, along with another vanishing jinx, however he managed to block the vanishing jinx, but while he was distracted Alni sent a fur growing charm at him, making fur sprout between his robes. This time, Snowy left the scene, Malfoy made a silly mistake and used a blocking charm against Chaos, however Chaos didnt make a move, instead Malfoy was tripped up by a cleverly aimed trip jinx from Luna, he got up but stumbled from yet another jelly legs jinx. This was where the DA won. At this point, Argus Filch, caretaker, inturrupted the battle. Only Draco Malfoy left with serious injuries, and he was sent to the hopital wing.
Pranksters Attack ~Luna Lovegood Many girls were in stitches when someone swapped the 'boys toilets' and the 'girls toilets' sign, though the girls, who remebered exactly where their toilet was, didn't need a sign, countless boys fell for this trick and entered the girls toilets. Argus Filch, however, was not laughing. He was reported saying afterwards that "all this education and they can't tell the difference bettween a girls toilets and a boys toilets." It is thought to be the work of ex pupils Fred and George Weasley, who are known as 'the best pranksters ever to enter the school', they were visiting their siblings, Ron Weasley and Ginny Weasley, when they decided to give Argus Filch a little reminder of his former rivals.
Yule Ball Excitement! ~Padma Patil Hogwarts is currently buzzing with an extra amount of excitement, most of this is due to the upcoming Yule Ball. Students all over the school from the four houses are gathering up their courage and asking their special ones to give them the pleasure of accompanying them to the Yule Ball. It has been rumoured that this Yule Ball will be one of the best Balls Hogwarts has ever hosted. Although this reporter is yet to find out the special details, due to the secrecy being kept by the organisers, she will endeavour to find out and deliver this to the Hogwarts readers. It is hoped that this year's Yule Ball will be very successfull without any unfortunate occurrences.
