About the club
    Davao is the biggest city in the Philippines.  In a growing number of population, the city is now congested with cars, trucks, jeepneys, taxis and other means of transportation.  Through the years, the reliable volkswagen has been a part of many dabaweños.  it is  the oldest running car in the metropolis so people seemed to under estimate this "antique" car.
     Banjo Nagangga, a volkswagen enthusiast planned to have a club that would preserve and maintain the vw and at the same time, it would promote camaraderie among vw enthusiasts. he invited some of his friends and decided to organize the Volkswagen Club of Davao. So on August 8,1999, the VWCD was organized and gave a new meaning to the Volkswagen legacy.
    Volkswagen Club of Davao is an active car club in Davao City. we meet every saturday at the Victoria parking lot, Bajada. We visited areas such as Calinan, Toril, Tagum, Digos, Kidapawan and Gen. San. City to invite other vw enthusiasts to be part of the club.
