To start you very own personal BOS I recommend purchasing a very large (5" at least) three ring binder. This is alot more practical than the composition types.
For the title page do as I did, Label your book! Use a symbol, or book blessing as a decorative for the cover, As long as it's personal to you. The previous page is identical to mine. But that's me, some prefer a simple pentagram. Anyway, it's your choice!
The very first page in your BOS should contain your written dedication to the Goddess. Always date everything you write. As A sample I have included the very first dedication I ever did. Mean what you write. Every year on this date go back and rededicate yourself, write the changes that you have gone through. You'll be amazed at how much you really have grown!
Please keep in mind that I was raised Pagan so I had more to start with!
