Bainishing Fear
Start by gathering these items:
Coffee Can
Egg Noodles
Obsidian or several black glass marbles
Black Marker
Black Felt(enough to wrap around the coffee can)
Picture of a Rabbit
A lock of your hair


Saturday, in the hour of Saturn, during the dark of the moon: during a waning moon.Perpare, Glue the black felt around the coffee can, while it's drying make a list of your fears. Choose a dark Goddess, in this spell I use Hecate.
Quarters to Open: ALL
Element: AIR
Hour: SUNRISE or SUNSET
Candle Color: BLACK
Totem Animal: RABBIT (conquering fear)
1: Take your Prepared coffee Can and glue the picture of the Rabbit on it.
2: Consecrate the can in the name of Hecate
3:With the black marker, write a fear that you have on a noodle. Keep writing on the noodles until all your fears have been written down, and place them in the can
4:Place the obsidian or the marbles in the can
5:Place a lock of your hair in the can
Close the lid and say
"I seal my fears inside this can
where they will be pulverized"
Ground and Center
At the prescribed time, draw a pentacle on the floor with your finger, or cast a circle.
Stand within the Pentacle or circle.
Open all quarters:
SAY:
"Hecate, queen of the Underworld, Mother of the dark night, behold my fears"
Hold the can away from you and say
"Dark Goddess, take these fears away from me.
Smash them, Trash them, Banish them."
Begin to shake the can softly, chanting "Smash them, trash them, banish them"
Raise energy by shaking the can louder and chanting louder. Don't stop until:
1:You know all the noodles are broken into little pieces
2:You have raised sufficient amounts of energy to combat those fears
Then bang the can on the floor and say
" May this spell not reverse, or place upon me any curse. With harm to none, so mote it be!"
Thank Hecate
Close the Quarters and take down your circle ot pentacle
Take the ccan outside to a crossroad (where four roads meet)
Dump the noodles on the ground and say
"I dump the contents of this can and with then the last vestige of my fears. So mote it be"
Clean out the can and save to use again another time!
