Well, what can I say? It has been about a week since I last wrote. The Red Sox were in a deep deep hole and they pulled themselves out of it in scrappy fashion. And I could not be more proud of this team. And then they go to the Worl Series and take a two game lead in this best of seven series. Could this be the year for the Sox? Well, we shall know by Halloween (if it goes to seven games). I am going to predict the Sox in 5. |

Pitch 1 of game 1. Tim Wakefield delivers to Edgar Rentaria to start the 2004 World Series. It was a Red Sox victory, as was game 2. The series has moved to St. Louis and game 3 is tomorrow. We can only wait. |
