**County Groups Process -

Connecticut Counties:

Fairfield                 New Haven Hartford                 New London Litchfield                Tolland Middlesex               Windham

** You and a classmate have been assigned one of our eight counties to research and report on.  You will be researching your county independently.  Then, you will meet with your classmate to create brochure pages. STEP 1:  RESEARCH **You have two types of information to research.  Please print and use your note taking sheets to write down information you feel will be useful to include on your brochure pages.    1)  You need to find information to create a brief         summary about your county.    2) You need to find two points of interest that you         feel would be interesting for visitors to explore. STEP 2:  CREATE PAGES **When research is complete, you will meet with your partner to create your brochure pages.  The first page you will create together.  Its purpose is to state the county and give a brief summary about it.  You will then each create a page for each point of interest you found in your county.  Include pictures, specific location, and reasons why it would be an interesting place to visit.  Use your note taking sheets to help you create your pages.  Remember, we're trying to attract visitors to our great state!
