**Your group has been assigned to create the introduction to our brochure and describe our state, it's facts, and it's symbols. Each person in your group must pick three of the above facts to research independently. Then, you will meet with your group to create your brochure pages. STEP 1: Meet with your group memebers and decide which three facts you will be researching on your own. STEP 2: RESEARCH **You have two types of information to research. Please print and use your note taking sheets to write down information you feel will be useful to include on your brochure pages. 1) You need to find information to create a brief summary of our state. Include history, popular attractions, population, counties, etc. 2) You need to find information about your three specific state facts. STEP 3: CREATE PAGES **When research is complete, you will meet with your group to create your brochure pages. The first page you will create together. Its purpose is to summarize our state of Connecticut. This page must include facts such as a brief history, popular attractions, population, names of counties, etc. You will then each create a page for each state fact you researched. Include a picture, how/when/why it is our state symbol/fact, and a brief description of it. Make your pages neat and eye-catching. Remember, we're trying to inform visitors about our great state!
