Walt is my favorite actor and also a very talented one. He puts a lot of emotion into all of his work.So much so that you forget that he isn’t the character his is portraying I really don't know much about him,but here is what I do know. He was born in Birmingham,Alabama on November 10,1971 and his full name is Walton Sanders Goggins Jr. Walt is 5 feet 11 inches tall. He was raised in a renovated 1880s farmhouse in Lithia Springs,Georgia.He was also raised by five women and says "I'm a lover, not a fighter". He won an Academy Award along with Ray McKinnon and Lisa Blount for their short film "The Accountant".They are partners in a production company called Ginny Mule.The last I heard they we're looking for someone to release their movie "Chrystal".He also won a Best Actor award at the Slam Dunk Film Festival for "Red Dirt".Of course we all know he is in "The Shield" as Shane Vendrell.Congratulations to Walt for his continued success with the show as it goes into season 4.Lastly as he said on the Wayne Brady show he used to clog with his mom and they once opened for BB King in the Fulton County Prison and he also won a hog calling contest in 1980 at the Gold West State Days Hog Calling Contest.
Walt seems like a really nice and friendly guy. I’ve never been fortunate enough to meet him, but it seems by his interviews and a couple stories I’ve heard that he is indeed a good man.
