Inner Peace
Welcome to the Dream Weavers Circle
Issue:  Inner Peace
Caroline Myss, PHD wrote in her book, "Anatomy of the Spirit,"  seven aspects of looking at life that  I felt really touched on my philosophy  for one's journey  toward inner peace.

All circumstances can be changed in a moment, and all illness can be healed. The Divine is not limited by human time, space, or physical concerns.

Be consistent; live what you believe.

Change is constant.  Every life goes through phases of difficult change as well as peace. Learn to go with the flow of change rather than trying to stop change from occuring.

Life is essentially a learning experience.  Every situation, challenge, and relationship contains some message worth learning or teaching to others.

Positive energy works more effectively than negative energy in each and every situation.

Live in the present moment, and practice forgiveness of others.

You have to start believing in yourself.  Understand completely that  if you have tried and failed in therapy or counseling sessions, you may  subconsciously be afraid of what may happen if you succeed in obtaining your goal.  Do you find yourself  rationalizing with  one excuse after another,  spinning in a 360 degree turn when you enter  the starting gate? Relax, you are now aware of it.  That is the first step toward actualization and you are heading in the right direction.

When we're faced with  fear or emotion--demons within if you will-- it is not unusual to want to re-think the situation. But, you must understand  that allowing yourself to dwell on these past issues or insecurities will eventually cause disapointment, relapse, or depression.  Our attitude plays a critical role in our ablility to succeed.  Alas, it is also crucial  for  recovery.  You must summon your inner  spirit  to come forward and  claim it's rightful place in life.  The journey must not be feared for it is your path to enlightenment.

Do what is necessary to take care of your physical body and seek the help you need for your emotional recovery. Savor  your inner soul and let your  light shine!

When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project,
all your thoughts break their bonds;
Your mind transcends limitations,
your consciousness expands in every direction,
and you find yourself in a new,
great and wonderful world.
Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive,
and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.

Life is not a destination.
It's a journey....
If you have not enjoyed the journey,
you will not be happy with the destination.
