The Alhambra is Granada's main attraction, with its ancient fortress, several palaces, and immensely beautiful gardens. Nestled in the hills of the Sierra Nevadas, it is a great place to spend a day.
The other major sight in Granada is the Cathedral, which houses the remains and a great deal of the treasures of the infamous Catholic monarchs, Ferdinand and Isabella.
