Welcome
to S.J.U.R.K.S.! Enjoy looking around this "not
really a shrine" SHRINE! Hohoho. ^.^ I just
remodeled this site AGAIN.
If you are a
newbie to Rurouni Kenshin, here's
the background story [short and simple version]:
Rurouni
Kenshin (Wandering Swordsman Kenshin) is a TV series that was
continued from the OVA. The TV series contains 95 (including
an "extra episode") episodes of comedy, romance,
adventure, and action.
Rurouni Kenshin is about a great master swordsman named Himura
Kenshin, who fought for the Ishin Shishi and what he believed
in. He was nicknamed Hitokiri Battousai (Sword Wielding
Assassin)because of his swift speed and great swordsman
skills. After he killed many people and helped bring on the
Meiji Era, he left his life as a Hitokiri and gave up his
katana. He became a Rurouni and used a different sword, the
sakabatou (a sword that can't be kill people). He made a vow
that he would never kill anyone again but protect innocent
people using his sakabatou sword. No one knew where the
Hitokiri Battousai had gone to, but his name became legendary
to the people.
That's a little
introduction for ya. ^_^x If you haven't seen this series yet,
then you should!!! You're missing out!
Finally
a good update! There will be two new sections!
Jacked Up Stories and More Clips will be added as of September
2, 2000 but will not be fully completed until September
7th. Jacked Up Stories are fan fics based on the Jacked Up
Pixes we have! You asked for more clips so here it
is! More Clips will include both "Freckles" and
"Tactics" in ENGLISH.
Also,
the last day to vote for your favorite episode in "Best
Clips" is September 15th.
