The woodwork purchased with the boat was constructed of inferior wood products with some mahogany parts. The console and reversible pilot seat (RPS) were closely fabricated to match the original Whaler configuration.  All was painted white.  While not unatractive, I wanted to reconstruct the units in mahogany.
