Here are the four 1x1 inch strips that will be used to reinforce the front curve of the dash.
The four curves that will help form the front of the dash must be held together at all times to ensure they are exactly alike.  The 1x1 slots have been marked and the sides of the slots will be cut on the band saw to ensure they are exactly the same on all curves.
The slot edges were cut uniform on the band saw.  The completion of the slots will be done on the scroll saw.
All the reinforcing curve supports have been completed and await installation.
Two of the reinforcing curves have been installed on the insides of the body forms.  The curves have been glued and screwed in position allowing for the 1/8 inch plywood to fit inside the body forms.
The two inside reinforcing curves were installed next.  They are glued to the 2 inch round rod on top and the bottom plate that extends from each side.  The bottom plate is glued and screwed into each curve support.  Once all four reinforcing curves are installed, the 1x1 strips are glued and nailed in position.
All the reinforcing curves and strips have been installed and are left for the glue to dry.
The left seat edge has been installed.  The angle of the bottom cut is 30 degrees.  The length and height are up to the user.  The actual seat and back cushions are being made separate.

Both of the seat edges and the seat back have been installed.  The angle of the bottom cut is 30 degrees.  The length and height are up to the user.  The actual seat and back cushions are being made separate.  The seat cushion will just sit down in this area.  The back cushion will be attached by braces.
A piece of angle iron has been clamped to the frame just behind the dash curve bottom board.  The ropes are tied to the angle iron and will be used to hold the plywood tight to the curve while the glue dries.

The rear of the vehicle.  The muffler now appears below the body but above the rear axle.
There was just too much slack in the drive chains.  Since the axle must move on the springs and the transaxle is stationary, I have installed chain idler sprockets to take up the slack.  This is the driver's side.

The V-belt idler pully has been changed to a better pully.  The muffler has been installed with appropriate fittings to take the muffler below the body but above the rear axle.
