2009 Fall Camp
Checkin 8-9am, Camp starts at 9am
The WISCONSIN ALL-STARS has developed into a respected, well recognized baseball organization. The following provides general information about our team structures and philosophy. It is frequently characterized as first class, as always demonstrating superior sportsmanship, hustle, team spirit, exceptional player talent, strong/aggressive hitting, smart base running and outstanding defense, along with knowledgeable and experienced coaching.....many of the dimensions of exciting, winning baseball!
The WISCONSIN ALL-STARS is without a doubt interested in attracting the top individuals who are also top players, to become members of a top team, playing in top tournament competition... only by doing so will many of our players stretch to reach their level of capability.
We expect only the very best for all of our team players!
Purposes for the BASEBALL DAYS OF INSTRUCTION
1. To offer fun, exciting, sound, quality baseball instruction!
2. To identify players/families who may join our Cooperstown Dreams Park team.
3. To teach the fundamentals of the game of baseball.
The WISCONSIN ALL-STARS welcomes your attendance at our Instructional Camps. Commitment, quality, class and character is the foundation in our player selection, team formulations, coaching decisions and overall team operations. The format includes the following:
* Home-to-first * Throwing * Stretching
* Warm ups * Fielding * Catching
* Mental aspects * Defensive drills * Pitching
* Hitting * Bunting * Lead offs
* Base running * Sliding * Situations
Our baseball camp is designed not only to look at player talent and assess skill levels, but also of equal importance, to offer sound instruction to all participants in all dimensions of the game of baseball (i.e. fielding, throwing, bunting, base running, sliding, pitching, catching, defense and positional play). Our day long camp is positive, informative, content-strong and fun!
