"If I knew I'd TELL you! Don't you KNOW that?!" she snapped back at me, then buried her face in her hands.
"Jess, you were just fine 5 minutes ago...I don't understand why all of a sudden you're shaking so much and pale and gripping my arm like you are about to fall over...baby, you should see yourself. Even Zac didn't have anything smart to say... now quit pretending there's nothing wrong and tell me." I urged.
She raised her head to look at me and wiped the few tears that escaped from her eyes.  "Tay..I don't know. The smell of burnt coffee and toast in there just made me sick to my stomach. I was just trying to keep the shake down. That's all. And don't you think that I am just as frustrated as you are? I'm not used to this..I know how to fix it, but it takes time. You don't sleep enough when you're away anyway, Tay. I just don't want you to go away worrying when I will be perfectly fine by the time you get back." she said.  She clenched her fists at her sides and took another deep breath. "I probably just need to eat some REAL food." she sighed and wiped her eyes again. I took her hands and pulled her to me, holding her close. "Jessie, I hate to see you like this. And yes you are scaring me. One minute you're fine and the next I have to hold you up. You're sleeping alot more than you usually do, but not seeming to EVER get enough rest. That isn't like
you." I told her.
"Tay, I promise. I WILL be fine when you get back. I will. Just give it some time..okay? Please...please don't worry." she said and wiped her eyes.
"Baby don't cry anymore.." I soothed. "I'm sorry...you just scared me."
I stroked her hair and hugged her close to me again. "Don't cry..."
She slid her arms around my waist and hugged me back. I lifted her chin to look at me and I kissed her soft lips. "I'm sorry, Jess." I told her again. "It's alright baby. I'm fine." she whispered and kissed me, running a hand through my hair.
"Tay?" Zac stuck his head out the door.
"What bro?"
"Want me to have her wrap it up or are you coming back in?" he looked Jess over and then back at me. Jessie squeeze my arm and nodded toward the door. "We're coming in, just a sec.." I said.
"You okay now Jess?" he asked her.
"Yeah Zac. I am, thanks." she answered him, and he disappered inside the building.
"Come on, Jess. Let's get some food in you and see how you feel." I said. She followed me back in and slid into the booth. I sat down next to her and we started on our breakfasts. The food was good, but Jess didn't finish. "What's wrong, Jess? You didn't finish.." I asked.
"I guzzled that shake just a little bit ago Tay. I'm just full." she said. I looked at her for a long moment and decided she wasn't full, her breakfast wasn't sitting right with her and she looked like she was about to be ill. "Wanna go outside? Get some air?" I asked and she nodded. I slid out of the booth and gave her a hand up. I looked at my brother, who nodded and said, "I got it Tay, just go.."
Jess and I went outside and I pulled the tailgate down for her to sit on. She did, and pulled her knees to her chest wrapped her arms aoround them and put her head down, rocking slightly. I sat next to her and put my arms around her, "C'mere, Jess.." I pulled her to my side and rocked her. "You're still feeling sick to your stomach?" I asked. She nodded and shuddered and I heard her sniffle. "Jessie?" I lifted her head to look at me. A tear slipped down her cheek, and I wiped it away. "Why are you crying baby?" I asked. "Because that's exactly what I am." she said angrily. "A big damn baby. This is just ridiculous and it's starting to just piss me off. And on top of it all I know that you're gonna go away upset with me, I can't deal with that the way I feel right now Tay."
TAYLOR:
"What in the hell are you talking about Jess? I'm not upset with you." I told her.
"You have never ever acted so angry with me Taylor. Yes, it's my own stupid fault I feel so rotten. And I really am trying to take care of it. But I'd hate it if you left mad at me, and I couldn't stand it if I ever saw you look at me like that again." she said and another tear slipped down her cheek. "Jessie...I'm sorry baby. I was  just frustrated. I hate seeing you like this, I wish there was a way I could make you feel better, more like yourself. And you should know I could never STAY angry with you." I held her to me and kissed the top of her head. "I love you Jess. More than anything in the world." She turned and wrapped her arms around me and buried her head in my neck. I held her and rocked her slowly. "I love you Tay, so much." she sighed. I kissed her cheek and stroked her back. She looked up at me finally and I wiped her eyes for her. "Feeling better?" I asked.
"Yeah..." she said and kissed me tenderly. "I love you, baby." she whispered in my ear as Zac and Watts came out of the restaraunt and walked over to us.
"Everybody ready?" Zac asked, looking pointedly at Jessie.
"I'm okay Zac, really." she said to him.
"Let's go then." he said and we all got into our vehicles and headed home. Jessie laid her head on my shoulder and turned the radio on. We listened in a comfortable silence for a while, sometimes discussing a song, whether it be about the music or the lyrics, other times just listening. After a couple hours she yawned and stretched, then shook her head. "Why don't you go ahead and sleep, Jess?" I told her. She smiled and slid away from me, then laid her head in my lap. I smiled down at her and stroked her hair as I drove. I looked down five minutes later and she was fast asleep.
TAYLOR:

Jessie woke up about an hour later. She stretched and rubbed her eyes, then sat up and ran a hand through her hair. "Hi." she smiled.
"Hi. How ya feeling?" I asked her.
"Thirsty.." she smiled and turned around in the truck seat.
"Jess, what are you doing?" I asked as she opened the sliding window behind my head.
"I need a drink of water, NOW.." she said and slid her body through the
small opening. "You want one while I'm back here?" I heard her ask, her voice muffled.
I grinned as I looked next to me and all I saw was her round backside and her tanned legs, sticking out of that window. Zac and Watts honked and I looked in the rear view to see my retard of a brother hanging out his window like a dog, giving Jess a hard time. I chuckled and shook my head.
"Tay?" she hollered back at me, "Did you want one or not?"
"Yeah, please." I said and then smacked her on the ass. "But that's not gonna be ALL I want if you don't get that out of my face and get back in here.." I teased her.
"Hey!" she slipped back through the window and flopped on the seat. She pushed her hair back off her face and opened the bottles of water, turning her head to smile at me. "You wanna wear this bud? Don't give me looooove taps like that unless you plan to do something about it.." she raised her eyebrow at me and gave me a wicked grin. Then she tilted her head back and took long, very sexy swallow of her water. Good god! She handed me my bottle of water and took another long swallow of hers. Damn! I had to take a big swig of mine just to cool off. She was driving me crazy.
