Taylor grabbed my hand and pulled me back down to kiss me on the lips. "You're getting drunk, Jess." he said in my ear. "Slow down.." he grinned.
"Psh..I'm fine.." I said but I knew he was right I was feeling a little tipsy. I finished my beer and told him to have the waitress bring me a pitcher of water. He motioned to her and asked and I watched as she disappeared into the crowd. The band started another song and my eyes widened as I looked at Taylor. Oh god..not THAT song...I thought and burst out laughing.

she didn't scream, she didn't make a sound
i forgive you boy, but don't leave town
cool white skin, naked in the rain
with the flash of the lightning,

The Stone Roses. I grabbed his hand and pulled him onto the dance floor, still laughing, and wiggling my hips as I danced around him. I knew he was getting hot as he watched me, but that's what he gets, I thought, paying the damn band to play that here. I threw my arms around his neck and pulled him close to me, my knee between his kneesmy hands on his waistand my cheek on his chest. I threw my head back
and looked up at him. He had a sexy grin on his face, watching me with his eyes half closed. I let my hands fall to my sides and hang there as he wrapped his arms around my waist. He planted a kiss on my neck, and I reached up and put my hands on his shoulders. He rested his forehead on mine and I looked into his eyes.
"Jesus! Get a room already.." I heard a voice behind me, so I glanced back to see Zac, dancing just as close to Watts, who looked a little tipsy herself. But I couldn't tell if it was from alcohol or being that close to Zac.
"Practice what you preach boy.." I retorted and laughed, turning my full attention to Taylor. After the song was over we walked back to the table and Taylor took a long drink of his beer. I took a huge gulp of water and made a face. I grabbed Tay's beer and finished it, and motioned for the waitress to bring another round. We stayed until last call, then Jake got up to call a cab. We waited for it and split up again, one cab following the other back to the hotel. We piled out and Jake helped Abbey out of the cab. Jake kissed her thoroughly and I sucked in my breath. She was staying the night with Jake tonight I was sure. We walked into the hotel, trying not to be too loud, and went to the elevators. Zac turned to us. "I'm gonna make sure Robin gets to her room alright, see you guys later.."
"Nite Zac, nite Watts..." we all said and got into the elevator. The doors opened at our floor and we all said our goodnights, already having made plans for brunch the next day. Tay and I got to our door and I pulled the key from my bra. He looked at me with a goofy grin on his face. "I didn't wanna lose it.." I laughed.
"I would have found it for you.." he said, almost pouting. I had to laugh again. I turned and tried to unlock the door. It was Taylor's turn to laugh.
"You better not wake up with a headache, Jess." He threatened.
"Oh, psh...I'm NOT drunk..just tipsy.." I giggled.
"Yeah, that's what you said last time.." he teased and opened the door. I went in ahead of him and he shut the door behind us. I took my panties off from underneath my dress while he had his back turned, locking the door.
ZAC:

Wow! What a night! I thought to myself, as I walked Robin to her room. Watts. What a nickname, she was so cool and sweet, just like Jess, I couldn't call her by her nickname, unless we were in the company of our group. I couldn't believe she was actually interested in me, at least I thought she was, hoped she was. This girl was beautiful. Not in the same way as Jessie, they were on either side of the spectrum as far as looks were concerned. Jess had a dark beauty, while Robin was blond and absolutely gorgeous. I liked how she had just taken her braid out and kind of left it, slightly messy, it was sexy. I wanted to reach out and run my fingers through it already.
"Robin," I said as we approached the door to her room, "I had a really good time tonight."
"So did I Zac." she answered. "It was fun, 'cept for that lovely episode before we went inside."
I groaned. "I'm really sorry about that. It happens occasionally when we go out. I still have a hard time dealing with it, there were a couple of really scary incidents when I was alot younger.." I couldn't believe I just told her that, but she was easy to talk to.
"I know, Zac." she said softly.
"You do?" I asked, puzzled.
"DUH! You are ZAC HANSON, right? Drummer of the band HANSON? I have loved your music since your first album, silly. I also know how to read.." she said with her hand on her hip, grinning. I had to grin back.
"Oh... yeah..." I said lamely. "Well, I'm glad you like the music, anyway. I don't think that that screaming mass of teenaged girls really gets it.."
"You guys get better with every album, Zac. Your fans are just taking longer to grow up than you and your brothers.." she tried to encourage me. I smiled and hugged her. "Thanks, Robin."
Then I laughed. I was thinking that she was like Jessie. So wrapped up in getting through her life that she didn't realize alot of things going on around her.
"What's so funny?" Robin asked me as I let go of her.
"I was actually just thinking about Tay and Jess."
"What about them?"
"Did she tell you how they met?" I asked.
"No...she didn't... why?"
I told her the whole story, watching her face with amusement, as her expressions showed how shocked and delighted she was to be hearing this story.
"NO WAY!" she exclaimed when I was finished.
"Yup!" I told her. "I think she fugured it out after the first week we were gone, before Tay went back to visit her, but she hasn't let on to him yet.." I laughed. "They were in love before dawn. I knew she'd be my sister in law from the minute I saw Tay's face, the first time he saw her..."
Damn! I never even told Tay that. This girl was really having an effect on me.
"Wow..." she said almost under her breath.
"I know..."
"Robin? I know we are meeting everyone for brunch, tomorrow..today..." I said. "But I'd really like to see you again. If you want to see me I will manage it. If Tay and Jess can.." I stopped. She was looking straight into my eyes.
"I'd love to see you again, Zac. Tonight was the most fun I have had all year.." she said.
I smiled. "Good...we'll decide when and how after brunch tomorrow then, you look tired..." I told her.
"I'm beat. But thank you, Zac, for a great time..."
I looked into her eyes and all I wanted to do was hold her in my arms and kiss her. She tilted her head up toward mine and I leaned down and lightly grazed her lips with mine. Her hands came up to rest on my chest as she returned my kiss. I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her, more fully, parting my lips to feel her sweet, soft ones between them. She opened her mouth slightly, letting my tongue slip in to find hers. She tasted so sweet, as she let her tongue entwine with mine. My hand went to the back of her head, slipping the soft gold strands between my fingers.
