"Dude..what the hell? Why are you acting like such an antsy little retard?" Ike asked, as Taylor downed the rest of his beer and opened another one.
"Fuck it, Ike. I don't even wanna go there now.." Taylor replied, guzzling the newly opened beer until it was half gone.
"I know what's screwing with his dumbass..or should I say WHO." Zac said, striding in and snagging one of Tay's beers.
"Who?" Ike looked from one to the other, waiting. Taylor just popped the top on another beer and kept drinking. Zac guzzled half of his, wiped his mouth on his sleeve and looked at Ike.
"Calley's out there.." was all he said.
"Shit!" was Ike's response, as he grabbed one of the beers out of the 12 pack on the floor.
Taylor stared straight at the wall, steadily drinking. Someone brought in a case of beer then, and he continued to drink, without talking until he could no longer stand up on his own, his brothers drinking with him, but respectfully avoiding the conversation they knew they'd have in the morning. Or afternoon, probably, judging by Taylor's drunken state.
"Zac, dammit! Help me get him in his bunk.." Ike demanded, hoisting Taylor up out of his chair and pulling Tay's arm around his shoulder.
Zac shook his head and moved to Taylor's other side, hauling his brother's limp arm around his neck. "Dude....you are sooo lucky I saw her. Otherwise I'd let your sorry ass stay in the damn chair." he grumbled as he and Ike dragged him to his bunk, which ,fortunately, was on the bottom. Ike leaned down and pulled the curtain aside. "Okay Zac..let him go..." he grunted. Both laughed at their brothers limp, semi-conscious, state as he flopped into the bunk, bumping his head. Taylor groaned slightly as his brothers removed his shoes for him, then shoved his legs inside, rolling him onto his side. Ike switched the light off and yanked the curtain shut.
"Zac, was Calley really out there?" Ike asked his brother.
"Yeah..I saw her. Tay wasn't taking any shit from her this time either. He blew right past her then made sure to pay attention to everybody BUT her. Someone let her backstage, man. I heard Tay tell her whoever did was so fired in the morning. I just hope he sticks to his guns this time. She's such a bitch..." Zac answered, taking a long pull off his beer.
"No shit. If he caves I will kick his ASS.." Ike said, finishing his own beer. "I'm toast, Zac. Goin' to bed. 'Night." Ike stuck his empty can in the now empty case. "Me too, man. I'm fucking whipped. 'Night bro." Zac replied, shoving the rest of the many empty cans back in the case and setting it aside. Both went to their respective bunks and were asleep in minutes.
"Oh god...." Taylor groaned as he rolled over and realized his body felt like lead and his head was throbbing. "I am such a dumbass.' he thought to himself, "letting her get to me like that."  Calley was definately physically beautiful, that was what attracted him to her in the first place. She was fairly tall, thin, and blonde with dark brown eyes and a light sprinkling of freckles over her nose. Mostly she chose to hide them under a heavy layer of makeup. Taylor didn't even know she had them until after that first time..
"Oh..shit.." he groaned as he tried to shake her from his mind, almost shattering his aching skull in the process. Even the rumble of the bus traveling over the smooth highway was painful to him. He covered his head with the pillow, trying to block out any light, but her face kept looming in his mind. "Damn bitch.." he muttered, pulling the pillow more tightly over his head. Too bad she was more concerned with money than anything else, and he fell for her pitiful I-married-too-young-but-my-husband-is-a-rich-asshole act. He was rich and an asshole, but they deserved each other. Yes, he basically ignored her in favor of buisness, but she preferred it that way. She just liked to follow certain male celebrities around for the fun of sleeping with someone famous. Her husband knew this of course, but said nothing to keep her busy and out of his hair while he made more money. Taylor made the mistake of taking her seriously and falling in love with her. Taylor
groaned again, squeezed the pillow tight around his throbbing head and went back to sleep.
A few hours later, Taylor woke again, feeling alot better but still sporting a major headache to go with the bump on his head, which he was sure he had gotten from his brothers throwing him in his bunk like they did. He rolled over, yanked the curtain aside and got out of his bunk. He made a pit stop in the bathroom, washed his hands, grabbed a Dr. Pepper out of the fridge and made his way to the back lounge, where he could hear Zac's video game, and Zac yelling at it. He went in and flopped down on the couch. "Dude..you're still alive? You gotta be feelin' like death on a stick.." Zac told him. "Kind of stupid, considering it was only Calley." he said without looking up from his game.
"Yeah..even more stupid of me to not be able to get in my bunk by myself, or did you guys hit me on the head first on purpose.." Taylor answered, rubbing the sore spot on his head. Zac grinned. "Sorry man. You were pretty toasted. You can't still be thinkin' that there is even a chance with her, Tay.."
"Nah. I was just pissed. Who the fuck let her backstage anyway?"
"I dunno man. But I laughed my ass of when you told her whoever did was fired.."
"You heard that?"
"Hell yeah! You shoulda been meaner to her, but that's not you so... I'll do it for you tonight. It's not that far, 'specially for HER. You know she'll show up, right?"
"I hope not, man. I can't take another night like last night. I am kind of wondering what the hell she wanted though.."
"A piece of your pretty boy ass, stupid. Don't cave, Tay. 'Cause Ike and I will take turns holding you down and beating the shit out of you till you come to your senses."
"Yeah..great..thanks..i appreciate it.." Taylor sat back to drink his soda and watch Zac finish his game until he could wake all the way up.
