Calley walked back to her car utterly furious. She couldn't believe he wouldn't even stop to talk to her and find out what she wanted. "Cal..you are a dumbass. It HAS been over a year.." she sighed to herself. She also knew that his brothers would not make anything easier for her, in fact, Zac especially would probably make it more difficult for her to even get near enough to Taylor to even talk to him.
She hadn't planned on falling in love with Taylor, as far as she was concerned he was just going to be another distraction, to take her mind off the fact that husband she once loved did not love her. All she was to him was a trophy wife, someone to have on his arm to make it look good for family oriented buisness owners and when he needed to appear at buisness functions with a date. The rest of the time he was attached to cell phones and modems, trying to rack up more dollars for his already obscene bank account. Taylor was beautiful and she figured it would make her feel better if someone that beautiful WANTED her, same as the others. She hadn't figured on him being perfect as well.
Calley sighed again and got in her car, "I'll just have to get through to him tomorrow then. " she told herself. "Talk about the wrong CHOICE. I should left the asshole when Taylor asked me to.." she thought. But then she hadn't thought that Taylor would actually really let her go if she didn't either.

Zac stood in the hall backstage and wiped his sweaty forehead with a small white towel, then the back of his neck. He stopped at the small, out of the way drinking fountain and took a huge drink, silently cursing whichever stage hand gave his water bottle away this time. he stood, wiped his mouth and looked around for his brothers, who were nowhere to be found. His gaze stopped at the tall, slender blonde figure leaning against the doorjamb at the other end of the hall. 'How the FUCK does she keep getting back here?' he thought to himself, then he saw Taylor, who was obviously avoiding her gaze on purpose. Taylor gave her a malicious grin and kept on going, which made Zac cheer silently. He sauntered up behind her and laid his hand on her shoulder, making her jump. "Whatcha doin' here, Calley?" he smiled, looking her body up and down. "Oh hey, Zac. You scared me.." she said softly. "How are you?" she asked politely. "Better than you apparently." he
said sarcastically. "You didn't answer my question." He waited, his arms folded over his chest. Calley sighed loudly and rolled her eyes. 'Here we go..' she thought, 'he can be a huge asshole when he wants to..' "I kind of needed to talk to Taylor." she said. "Is that what they call it now?" he grinned wickedly. "I'LL talk to you Calley.." he backed her against the wall, planting his hand next to her hand, palm flat on the wall and resting his other hand lightly on her hip. "If all you need is a quick pretty boy fuck...I, " he stressed the word, "know your game. You can't fuck me up like you did, Tay. I'll give you all you want, baby..." he cooed. Calley could only stare at Zac in shock, he could be an ass when he wanted but she never thought she'd hear him talk to any woman like that. "Zac.." she managed to choke out, "what are you talking about?" "I'll let you use me up...it won't mean shit to me if you go running back to the walking bankbook. We'll get each other off, you can go home to your sugardaddy...and Tay gets to keep his sanity. Stay the fuck away from my brother.." he snapped angrily.
Calley's eyes filled with tears that she fought to hold back. There was no way she wanted to let Zac see how badly his words stung, though once upon a time they were very true. Maybe that was why they hurt so bad. "I don't want to hu--" she began and then looked quickly over Zac's shoulder to see Taylor headed in their direction. "Zac! What the hell are you doing?" Taylor demanded. "Making her an offer she better not refuse.." Zac smirked in her direction, thoroughly enjoying watching her squirm. He moved closer, as if he were going to try to kiss her. "Isn't that right, Calley babe?" he smirked again.
"Knock it off Zac...Dad's looking for you.." Taylor told him. "Kay.." Zac looked Calley up and down one more time. "The offer stands babe.." he chuckled and strode off, his hand tucked into his front pockets.
"Thank you, Taylor." Calley said softly. "It IS good to see you."
"Calley. Not now, okay? Just go home. You made your choice, and proved it was the one you wanted to make for the last YEAR. Go home, Calley." he said again and walked away, leaving her standing with her chest heaving and her eyes stinging with a held back waterfall of tears. "I'm sorry, Tay." she said under her breath to thin air.

Taylor strode back to the tuning room, since he could see his father's large back in the doorway, trying desperately to get hold of his emotions. Seeing Calley upset and confused over whatever Zac had said to her, only served to remind him that she COULD be sweet, and that she might actually have feelings that weren't selfish. 'Dammit Taylor! GET OVER IT!' he screamed at himself in his own mind. "Get over it.." he told himself softly, knowing Zac would never let him hear the end of it if he let him see she was getting under his skin. And Zac was right, she would fuck him up. He didn't want to take that ride again.

Zac waited to get Taylor alone so he could rip him a new anal orifice. What was wrong with his head? He couldn't believe Tay came to her rescue before he was finished with her, and NOW watching him silently beat himself up as they got their stuff together to head back out to the bus, just pissed him off. He heard Taylor tell her to just go home, but Zac could see she was under his skin already. Zac vowed to be in her face and in their way until SHE came to her senses and disappeared again, or until he could make Taylor see that all he was going to get was his head fucked with and his heart broken again. It took him long enough to get back to normal last time, though they got some really good songs out of it. He didn't want to see his brother strung along like that again.
