Our real estate training program focuses on the sales associate's career in a specific market area.
The training also focuses on extensive knowledge of marketing your business, fundamental knowledge of how to work comfortably with buyers and sellers, proven buyer and seller prospecting methods, contracts, ethical behavior, image enhancing, etc. etc.
Ideally, we prefer small training classes of two to three new agents. We try to cover every aspect of real estate to help assure the individuals have a successful and meaningful career.
