Our world is saturated
with media images. Images which tell us
how we should look, feel, smell and eat.
In this state of product overload, it is
all too easy to feel that it is a new
phenomenon. But before you react in this
knee-jerk manner, ponder what fell from
the packaging of bubble-gum chewed the
world over by children and adolescents of
some twenty years ago.
