Location
South Shore Harbour Resort overlooks a marina cove just south of Houston. It is located only minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston Island's beaches and shopping. Also in the area are Gulf Greyhound Track, Houston's Astrodome and Galleria shopping. NASA and Space Center Houston are just across the lake - and the bay area is dotted with charming fishing villages and antique store treasures. There is lots to do here if you are interested in having a great time.

6:30 p.m. Poolside Ceremony - Reception immediately following, Marina Plaza Ballroom
The resort staff will provide guidance upon your arrival.

Attire & Food
Our ceremony and wedding party will be semi-formal. However, we want our guests to be comfortable for dancing and socializing throughout the evening. Weather permitting, this is an outdoor wedding. Average temperatures are around 75 degrees that time of year, but with Texas you never know- it could be 85. Sundresses, party dresses or other wears are great for the women. Khaki's and nice button up shirts are great for the guys. Be yourself, and most importantly, we want you to be relaxed, comfortable and have fun!

Contrary to tradition we will be serving heavy hors d'oeuvres at the reception. We've planned the menu with what we believe will still be plenty of food, but we wanted you to know the plan just in case you feel the need to snack prior to the wedding! Beer and wine will be served while supplies last and we will also have a cash bar for liquor.
