Bob's guitar is a custom-made hollow-body Genesis 3 built by Rich Hoeg. It features a solid hand-carved Sitka
spruce top, highly figured quilted maple hollow body (the back and sides are a solid block of maple hollowed out),
5A quilted maple/carbon fiber Genesis neck, ivoroid binding and chechen fingerboard.
The custom carbon fiber tailpiece was hand-crafted.
The brains are two floating mini-humbucker pickups with a 3-way selector switch, master volume, and tone controls.
