Bobby's Recent Guitars

Both the gray and black acoustic guitars are Weir designed.  They're made by Alverez Guitars as part of their Yairi series; specifically the Alverez-Yairi Virtuoso.  The Bob Weir designed model is the WY-1.
Pictured here is the newer black version.  You may recognize the gray one from the later days of the Dead.
