What else did we do... we got back and then Sarah went to show me where abouts the carpark was.....we saw some guys unloading the barriers (you know- for between the floor and the stage?) and they had one of the doors to the theatre open and I was crouching down, almost lying on the ground trying to look in- they were still at sound check and they were so.. REAL!!! Several times I tried to... well pretended to sneak in behind people that worked there- so basically every one thought I was crazy!
ho hum.....

I GOT FILMED!!
Oh yeah! we went back to the merchandise store, and the film guys were there. Outside they had been filming the fans and stuff, and were waiting patiently (like us!) for the store to open. I started talking to them, and were like "hey... do you get to meet them?" and they were like "yeah! we're filming them!" and I was like "COOL! Could you say hi from Wella to them?" and the guy said- "you can say it yourself"and he picked up the camera!! I was like ACK!!! and was all of a sudden- OH MY GOSH!! I calmed my self down and thought .oO(Wella, if you ever want to be an actress you need to be at ease in front of the camera) and so I pulled myself together, and smiled and said something along these lines....
Hi I'm Wella, and I'm the biggest Matchbox 20 fan. I saw the guys last time they were here in April and.... THANKYOU FOR YOUR MUSIC!!!!

And so.... I bought a poster for myself and Tammy, as well as a program book [CLICK HERE TO SEE THE PICS].... my wonderful friend Suz took care of the stuff for me during the concert!!!

So what next.....well...... We waited..... people were commenting on my cool shirt, not the WELLA one, but the MB20 one that I had made my self- ORIGINAL!!! lol. We waited around.... and I can't remember what time... but it must have been around 7 that they opened the doors.... but that wasn't even to let us onto the floor.... We were lead into the "next stage" where we were told about what we could and couldn't do- (YES! No mentions of cameras.... yet). We needed to make sure that we didn't dehydrate, and (excuse me If this is not making sense- 3am is on the radio) ok.... um...... and they made it sound really scary!!! We had to trade in our tickets for armbands. GRRR!!! I had ticket #47... DOOR 2! And I ended up with Door 5 ticket 543 when I went to get it back after the show... =0(

So we stood and waited... I talked to heaps of people that night. There were people that had come from all over the place to see the guys!!! My friends and I had such a fun time mucking around in that lime- I bet everyone thought we were crazy but WHO CARES!!!

Ok- NOW IT'S THE PART YOU'VE READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW FOR!!!!

THE CONCERT!!!

Finally they OPENED THE DOORS!!! all of a sudden this mass of bodies were rushing to get to the front- I didn't make it front row, but Tammy and Sarah were 2nd row, and me and Izzi were behind them, on a slighly raised platform!! CENTER!!!! The Feelers were setting though.... and I met Jason their personal body guard!! He was talking to us, basically saying that we had a while to wait, and that we should calm down! we were sitting down before The Feelers started. And I said- "are you Jason?" and he was like "are you Wella?"(because a friend of mine, Jan, had told him to look out for me.... and also I was wearing my "WELLA" t-shirt ..... that I'd made especially for ADAM!!!) so any ways, he reached across and shook my hand, and said "pleased to meet you!". I could feel all the other girls around me swooning well... at least going "HEY! SHE knows the bodyguard!!!". I said "hey Jason- I made you a sign!" and I held it up- "Hi Jason Baby!!"

THE FEELERS!!
Now I'll tell you about The Feelers!!! Man! The Feelers ROCKED!!!! There was Hamish the drummer... and Matt the bassist..... and..... the lead singer and the guitarist...? Any way, they were really pumping, and like my friend Mona in Melbourne noticed, after every song or so he'd go "hi! We're The Feelers!".... Mental note- must go and buy the album!!

Something really funny that happened, was they had just stopped for a drink break, and when the lead singer started on this really pretty guitar solo, Hamish got up in the middle of it to get a drink. The lead guy stopped, looked at him and was like "what are you doing?" and they kidded around for a bit.
After they had done their set, the singer said "You guys have been our best audience yet!"

So here we are. Watching. Waiting. Roadies and guitar techs walking on and off. Testing. Testing..... GRR!! just get it over and done with!!!

ARRGGHH!! that's Kyles guitar!! and Adam's!!!! WOAH!!! COOL!!!!!! ME ME ME ME ME!!!!

This guy from Triple M came on, and he started to tell us about how we were speciall chosen to have the concert filmed that night!!! YEAH!! Go Sydney Fans!!!! lol. So he got us really pumped, and we're like- COME ON! ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!

These lights appear on this curtain in front of us... any minute now. The mosh gets restless and begins to push forward- HELP!!

FINALLY!!

.........She don't but she will.... he says any thing to keep her by him....

YEAH!!!!!!!! Talk about sardines! I thought it was squishy enough when The Feelers where on, but man- I could hardly breathe. I'll just tell you now, the mosh is the most awesome thing in the world if you can survive! Take it from the girl who was 3rd row from the back some 6 months before..... I have a couple of bruises and I'm STILL aching now... and it's what..... 3 days later...... sometimes scary, trying to stay on your feet, hoping that when every one pushes you in one direction, someone will push back, and get you back on your feet. ok.. back to the program..... After Argue, the played Girl Like That.... I can't remember much of the song order after that.... BUT IT WAS AWESOME!!! I'll keep on updating this page as I remember more things that happened, but here's what I remember at the moment. The covers they did- umm "Momma don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys" [before this Rob said "Can you say "YEEA~ HA"?... because you're going to need it in this next song!"]
Nothing Compares to you- this was funny, because we were all singing along, but we were out of time, and Rob was holding his hand up going like "Slow down!"
Time After Time- YAY!! this was done in the encore- Rob solo on his acoustic, except during the chorus when Kyle joined in.... hmmm... they did a song which I figured was "Don’t Let Me Go"- Kyle and Rob sang it... It was AWESOME!!!

Hmm... hi-lights... well...... EVERYTHING!!
HANG WAS SOOOOO GOOD!!! Kyle sang the chorus... He has the most awesomely spectacular voice!! it was funny, when Kyle was singing, someone in the audience( this is according to Sarah) yelled out "Hey Kyle! you should sing!....... just kidding Rob!!"

AWESOME!!!They didn't do the extra verse in 3am that they did in Live from the Ten Spot... hmmmm....... Everything rocked... BRIAN WAS SO FUNNY!! they were pumping... now for some visually stimulating details..... heh heh heh....

Rob was wearing pants.... and this long sleve brown jumper!!
Kyle was wearing that yellow suit.. you know the one! but after the first few songs he took of the jacket, and had this really cool long sleeve grey shirt.
Brian... oooo Brian!!! He was wearing pants too... can't remember what kind.... but his shirt was absolutely the greatest!! It's kinda hard to discribe... sort of shiny... short sleve..... nice cut.... really Brian... stylish!!
And Adam... ADAM BABY!!! He was sizzling!!! Had me going crazy!! just his whole being!!! He had on grey pants, and a sorta see-through top... OOO!!!!!!
Paul... well... there isn't all that much you could see of him except for a beanie!! but.... (wait for it!) when he came out at the end of the concert, he was wearing this long...... black.... SKIRT!!! WAHOO!!! [CLICK HERE TO SEE CONCERT PICTURES]

After the show....

Sorry.... just went into a daze there..... I leave the actual concert happenings there for the time and fast forward afterwards. You see, I was getting a lift home with my friend's mum, and she was ther straight after te concert, and we all left except for Sarah. She was catching a cab home ,and stayed behind at the car park....I'll reincarnate the night from what she's told me..............First The Feelers came out, and Hamish and Matt sighned her arms.... (wait.... and I'll have pictures up shortly!) After waiting for about an hour or so .....Kyle's Suit is rolled out.... HANG ON!! ooo!!! is Kyle naked!!! lol Jason came out and said, "their gonna stay in there all night unless you scream!!!" (or something along those lines) so... OUT THEY COME!!! Kyle was the first to come along to Sarah, and she handed him my shirt.... and her scribbled down his signature...

when she asked that he sign hers, he gave her a weird look, and walked off... (aww! poor Sarah!!!)
Something like this happend after this... I think Rob came along, and signed both shirts...

and when Paul, Adam and Brian came along they were like "OOO!!! cool shirt!!! I haven't seen this one!" and Sarah was like- "My friend made it!!" Brian turns it around and goes "OO!! that's me!" and signed his name!! LMAO!!!!

Sarah thinks that Brian is really cool- and he acts just like a little boy!! I'll get her to write up exactly what happened.... soon....

"She had to go! She was here, and she was wearing a t-shirt with "WELLA" written on it just for you!!"

Later on Sarah called him back, and She was like
"Wella wants to know if you dreamt about her!"

[here is where you really need a physical demonstration, but I'll try to describe to you what Sarah said he did.]
He sorta looked dreamy, away...paused and thought...:
"Tell Wella she's crazy.... and that she's a sweetheart"

Man!! I can tell you- that brought tears to my eyes!!! Everytime I think about how unbelievably sweet Adam is!!! Adam honey, if you ever read this, just remember- I'm always thinking of you!!!
