| Welshcat's Biography |
| Welshcat was born in Newport, Gwent in South Wales. He spent most of his childhood there but frequently visited the villages of Croesyceilog and Cwmbran. From an early age, Welshcat showed signs of being a purple progidy, and excelled at everything he did. |
| As a kitten, Welshcat regularly attended the King's Church in Newport. He is good friends with the Pastor there, the Reverend Ray Bevan, an accomplished musician, forceful welshman and fervent preacher. Welshcat was frequently involved in the worship there, the breeding ground for his latent talents. |

| Welshcat went to Cardiff University to read Biochemistry with Molecular Biology. He was an outstanding student. Here you can see him at work in the lab. |

| Welshcat was an excellent sportscat, and played for the Cardiff Rugby Team. He also specialised in running and fitness training. |

| Welshcat graduated from Cardiff with a First Class Honours Degree. It was a proud day for him and his fellow Welsh countrymen. |

| Welshcat went on to study for his Masters Degree at Jesus College Oxford (known as 'The Welsh College of Oxford') and was given a closed award by virtue of his Welsh background. |

| Welshcat finally gained his PhD in Biological Anthropology from Trinity College Cambridge. |
 |
| Welshcat later went on to further his education by studying for a Masters in Theology at Kings College London. |
