Lance Baker had a tough child hood to say the least. Living in the "hood" of Detroit and living off of food stamps brought crazy rage into this kids young life. After witnessing his mother get raped...and hearing a gun shot which lead him to beleive his sister was dead.....brought fear into Lances life. He was found by Canadian troopers sleeping under a bridge. His picture was put around Canada before Lance finally came out of the coma he was in due to intense shock. He was brought back to Detroit where his step-mother claimed him. Not having the best relationship they learned to cope and become best of friends.

Lance went back to school. But he snapped in his 8th grade year. He was hustled by some 'bully's" but only before grabbing their cig and putting it in their eye. He was expelled and ran away from home. He lived with homeless bums in trash cans and wherehouses before deciding to go back home. While walking home one day he was confronted by street thugs who talked him into...."showing him the ropes." He left Detroit when he was 19 and moved to L.A. yet he still kept in touch with his mother.

Instead of going to college Lance learned everything there is to know about living on the streets and being a thug. He mastered the art of rapping and fighting and promised he'd retire after completing both of those things. A day before he turned 21 Lance was confronted by small gang which he defeated with ease. During the fight a wrestling recruiter for IWA was driving by and noticed Lances skill. Days later Lance was wrestling with and Undertaker gimmick....Death.

He moved on to the JWO where he tossed the gimmick and brought out the real him. A thug. Defeating everything and anything...he created...Apocalypse. Being just that, he defeated "Hot Shot" Ryan Cooke to become the second ever JWO World Champion. He lasted 6 long months in JWO before breaking his leg and going on the shelf. JWO shut down at the loss of their champion but shortly after re-opened with Lance's best friend from child hood..Ace running the show. Ace, Jeff McCallister, was Lances tag team partner in IWA with the gimmick of Damian.

With Lance on the shelf and JWO on the brink of shutting down again...Lance figured why not. He got to talking with some friends and before he knew it..he was in the studio recording his album..."Lethal Injection". After the doctors said he was good to wrestle he said he would be announcing retirement. At the confrence however..Tyrone Gibson .. the man whom Apocalypse was supposed to fight before he was put on the shelf in JWO....made an appearence. He told Apocalypse that he wanted a re-match...and that he should join DRWF. It didn't take another invitation for Lance as he signed the contract with Big Willie-isms. Three matches in he quit due to the overwhelming experience. But he quickly bounced back with an un-defeated streak. Then he was recognized by the big guns. The Reluctant Rebel and Mr. Late Nite. President Moro didn't abide well by them recruiting Poc into the Elite Alliance...pitting Apocalypse against a man he knows very well...Jackhammer. After defeating Jackhammer he lead the Alliance into Life or Death. Being bretrayed by Ace who made his dramatic return...the match ended in a draw. Apocalypse then cut him self on the arms one night which got him the shorter version of his name.....A-Poc. He snatched the Underground title from Neon and held it for three months before being stripped by El Presidente due to A-Poc going for bigger gold. That being the World title.

In August 2001...A Cold Day In Hell was upon DRWF as 6 of wrestlings finest went at it for the vacated world title. It got down to A-Poc and Myzery with Tyrone Gibson making his return and costing Poc the win. After ending Gibson's career by secking some pit's on him....Poc defeated Myzery....to gain his one of three DRWF World title's. Then the un-thinkable happened.

Lead by Aimz...a group of radicals tryed to take over DRWF but to have some DRWF superstars agree with their actions...including El Presidente aka Mr. Late Nite. A-Poc tryed hard to fight them off before realizing he was denying the inevitable. He retired but a week later....Big Willie-isms came back from where ever he was and re-opened DRWF. It started slow and weak....but after this past Halloween at Wickedness....DRWF turned it's leaf over to Generation 5. Wickedness was a big night for A-Poc as well. He became the FIRST EVER.....DRWF Eternal Champion.(The new world title)

What's next for A-Poc? Only time can tell. Only time can tell.
