| Setting out on his first big adventure This ships name was The onSlaught 2. Do to the fact it was wrecked once then fixed. On this ship Brim would become friends with the crazy dancing captian and his merry but wierd crew. There was a bongo playing skinny human, he was the look out and mainly you never saw him cause he was always in the crows nest. There was also a few Elven travelers that mainly kept to them selves down in their cabins below deck. Also there was the other human crew members but will hear about them later..... Day 1 As with many new things that Brim learned that day, He learned the names of the sides of the ships. Well here it goes he learned that right side of the ship was starboard side and the left side was aft side. Ok the front was called the stern and the rear was called the bow. Well riding on the ship was a new experience for Brim also. Matter of fact everything was new. "Yup yup he thought". The first day was a very interesting day for he tried his darnest not to touch anything and just watch in ... |
| Amazement as all types of things going on around him. He watched the sailors run around and around pulling ropes and tieing knots and lifting sails in to the air. Brim watched as he sat on top of a giant chest sitting out side of the captians cabin door. The captian was yelling things loudly and the sailers seemed to try their hardest to get the things done as fast as they could so they could get onto the next thing and the next and etc. Well this went on for while and so Brim sat and watched for while, loving every moment. but when the last sites of his own shore drfted away farther and farther a mixture of pain and happiness rushed over him and he felt rigid and tight but it passed. When the sight was completly gone that is when he heard a snaping sound and so he turned to see what it was. It was a rope and it had snaped, he saw it belonged to a sail cause one of the big ones dropped down and so then the sailers got right on it to fix it. they scrambled up the rope netting, and after a few tugs and grunts they got it back up and tied again. The rest of the day was fine Brim watched the sailors work and the birds fly around the boat. After being on deck most of the day he decided to go down below deck and find a nice place to sleep.... |
